2. Placing and Confirming Orders
All orders placed through this website represent order requests.
An order is considered confirmed only after the full payment for the ordered products has been processed and received via bank transfer.
After submitting the order form, you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration of your request, along with payment instructions.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices displayed on the site are in RON and include VAT (where applicable). Prices do not include delivery costs, unless otherwise specified.
Payment Method: We accept payment exclusively via bank transfer (Payment Order – OP).
The bank details required for the payment will be provided in the request confirmation e-mail and on the final checkout page.
4. Product Delivery
Once we have confirmed receipt of payment into our bank account, we will prepare and ship your order.
Details regarding shipment, AWB number, and estimated delivery time will be communicated to you via e-mail.
Delivery is carried out via fast courier services within Romania.
5. Order Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Cancellation before shipment
To modify or cancel an order before processing, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail at contact@cupofoz.com.
Right of withdrawal (14-day return)
According to Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014, consumers (individuals) have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without having to justify the decision.
Exceptions to returns: For hygiene and health protection reasons, food products (coffee beans/ground coffee or other sealed bags) cannot be returned if they have been unsealed or opened after delivery.
The shipping cost for returning products is fully borne by the buyer.
6. Complaints and Warranties
If the delivered products are damaged or do not correspond to the order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, attaching supporting photographs, so that we may arrange for a replacement or a refund of their value.
